We do not ship rentals. We only offer rentals through our retail stores.

Requirements For Renting

Any individual or company wishing to rent equipment from Norman Camera must have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. Cash deposit customers must pay in advance for the rental equipment. NO DEBIT CARDS OR CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT. NO EXCEPTIONS! Deposits for the full replacement value of equipment will be required for all rental customers. For credit card customers, a charge equal to the value of the equipment will be placed on the credit card while the equipment is being rented, and the charge will be released upon return of the equipment. If the customer fails to return the equipment or the equipment is returned damaged, the customer consents to Norman Camera charging the customer’s credit card for the full amount of the deposit.

Reservations And Pickup

Reserved equipment may be picked up on the reservation date during the regular business hours and the day rate is for 24 hours (ie pick up at 10:00am, return at 10:00am the following day) returns after the 24 hour period will result in an additional day rental fee. Weekend Rental, at two day’s rates, is from Saturday 10:00 AM until Monday before 12:00pm. Returns after 12:00pm on Monday will result in an extra day rental fee. PLEASE BE SURE YOU KNOW WHICH STORE YOU ARE RENTING FROM. THE STORES HAVE DIFFERENT INVENTORY AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A WRONG BOOKING. Equipment may only be rented from the store that has it listed. Rentals are not transferrable between stores.
