How does in-store pickup work?

In-Store Pickup allows you to purchase items online and pick them up in store. You avoid any shipping and delivery charges.

In-store pick up orders require the card holder to be present during pick up.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. 

How it works:
During checkout, choose Local Pickup and choose the Norman Camera Kalamazoo store location.
Complete your order online and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this will be a separate email from your order confirmation).

Bring your photo ID, credit card and order number to the store to pick up your items.
We will hold your items at the store for 3 days, after which we will cancel and refund your the order.

What to bring to for pickup:
Your valid government-issued photo ID
The credit card used for the purchase
Your order number

Who can pick up your order:
The order can only be picked up by the original customer who completed the purchase online.
Please ensure you have all information with you when picking up your order at the Kalamazoo Store.
Orders for in-store pick up placed Monday-Friday (10am-4pm) are generally ready for pick up within an hour - we will email you as soon as your order is ready.
Orders placed online over the weekend, either for shipping or in-store pick up, will be processed the following Monday.
