RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
(Please see return exceptions below for additional non_refundable items).
Unopened, unused product is eligible for return for a credit or refund for 10 days. All original packaging, paperwork, manuals, warranty cards and any other items as shipped by the respective manufacturer must be included, and as new. Open or used items, missing any paperwork, packaging, accessories, etc., or made between 10 and 21 days are subject to return at the discretion of Norman Camera management, and WILL be assessed a minimum (but not limited to) 15% restocking fee.

AFTER 21 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. SHIPPING
CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Merchandise returned for refund, credit or exchange is subject to prior approval from NCC Management and must be in PERFECT COSMETIC CONDITION with all supplied accessories and undamaged packaging. All guarantee cards, warranty cards, instruction manuals and other printed materials must be unmarked and included.
Approved equipment and/or supplies returns/exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned within 10 days from purchase. Approved returns/exchanges made 10-21 days from purchase may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 21 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
IN STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Bring product to store location and ask to speak with your Sales Associate or the Manager on Duty.

MAILORDER, ECOMMERCE OR OUT OF TOWN RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Call 1-800-900-6676 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.
- Package the item(s) to be returned in a secure shipping box. Products shipped in for return/exchange without external packaging will be refused.
- Place the RMA number on the shipping label and send to: NCC, Attn: RMA #, 3602 S. Westnedge Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49008
- For your protection, we recommend shipping the item(s) insured (full product value) with a carrier that can track the shipment (UPS, FEDEX, USPS Priority).
- Please include a brief description of the problem and the name of the Sales Associate who issued the RMA number.

Film & Chemistry, Photographic / inkjet paper
Light bulbs / flash tubes
Ink cartridges, Printers (once ink is installed)

Non-stocked or special-order items
